To ensure our clients benefit from our design edge, we regularly update our designs so they remain fresh and progressive. This increases the exclusivity of each home design making each one, a limited edition design.

We meticulously review every aspect of our façade designs and are very particular when curating the exterior materials. By incorporating alternative materials along with three render colours, our facades have a dramatic layered effect and create a striking first impression – whilst practical and sustainable aspects help minimise ongoing maintenance.

During the explore phase, one of our experienced Consultants will spend the time with you to understand your needs, the home you imagine, how to best take advantage of your block’s orientation and importantly your budget. They’ll then prepare a selection of Expressions Series designs that best suits your brief, identify possible modifications to suit your lifestyle and consider building regulations and they can potentially minimise site costs.
After conducting a site assessment, they’ll present all the possibilities to you will best reflect your desired outcome and budget. From here a detailed Sales Quote, initial design sketch, Building Agreement, Inclusions list and proposed siting plan will then be created for your review and approval.
Following the approval of your sales documentation, your soil, survey and property information will be ordered.
Your preliminary drawings can then be completed to ensure your site and new home meet all required site assessments and building regulations.
On completion of your preliminary drawings, you will then undertake the exciting task of selecting the exterior and interior finishes for your home at our Style Studio.
Once all selections for your home have been made your Contracts will be drawn up and presented to you for signing.
We’ll then organise and manage your building permits and advise you of additional permits and documentation you will need to prepare and organise in order for City Residence to proceed to build.
Throughout this whole process our team will be by your side, helping and guiding you through all aspects of this stage.
We have a total team approach to customer service and as construction begins you will be introduced to our Client Service platform. They’ll oversee every aspect of your build throughout this stage, working to timelines ensuring City Residence’s high level of detail and quality standards are adhered to. They’ll also report back to you weekly on the progress of your home so you are kept up-to-date at all times.
Your dedicated Client Support Team will be there for you throughout every stage of the build, right through to handover.
